Kim Fai is a name that is fast becoming recognised in the music industry. Still at the tender age of 23 Kim has his sights set on reaching the very top of the game. Since the start of the year he has remixed for Toolroom Trax, Dirty Deluxe Records in Canada and has forthcoming releases on Filthy Richs new label Control Freq Records, Trophy Twins Pop Pop Records, Compulsive Music in New York and of course the mighty Groovedigital Records for which he has remixed several releases including the soon to be summer hit DJ Adrian "No Side Effect”. On top of that his long awaited E.P. including "Embrace Me", "No Disko" and Tech monster "Fu Dogs" is to be released on Groovedigital Records early September, plus a host of remixes including he adaptation of the 1996 classic “Professional Widow by Tori Amos which is set to be one of his biggest hits so far.
His filthy, Glitchy, infectious productions have been coursing a stir on dance floors the world over and there will be many more to come in the near future. Not one to shy away from a bootleg or two, Kims up to date remixes of artist such as Lady Sovereign, Jamiroquai, Nirvana are still in many a DJs box today. Not bad considering he has only been engineering his own tracks for just over a year!
